Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since you made the purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Important Note on Customized Products: Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This is because they are crafted based on your specific requirements, making them unsuitable for resale. If you have any issues with your customized product upon receipt, please contact us at [email protected] or visit our website https://aurahygge.com for support.
For all other products (excluding customized ones), to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and kept in its original packaging. Once you ensure the product is intact, please contact our customer service. Our customer service team will assist you in applying for a refund.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-customized item for the same one, contact our customer service first, and our customer service will provide you with the address to send the item to.
Shipping returns
To return a non-customized product, please contact our customer service, and we will provide you with the address to mail the product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
